Made-to-order items

Multitap apparel, banners and accessories are printed just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

FGC gear

FGC gear ships from overseas and US partners, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we'll make it right as below.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email store@multitap.space within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before it goes into production or is shipped; after that it can't be changed.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
