Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Multitap apparel, banners and accessories

These are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then orders ship by standard delivery, usually 2–5 business days within the US. Each product page shows its expected ship time.

FGC gear

Street Fighter and fighting-game gear ships directly from our supply partners. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days; items stocked in US warehouses arrive sooner. Each product page shows its expected ship time.

Multiple packages

Items from different partners ship separately, so one order can arrive in more than one package, on different days, each with its own tracking.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. US orders of $70 or more ship free.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as each package ships.

Address problems

Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email store@multitap.space and we'll sort it out.
